LFW

browsing through burberry's london fashion week...must say at a glance i didn't like it, but the collection as a whole is great. i think black and pastel is going to be the newest trend. icecream colors and weaving fabricssss.

She's seems like a snooty prissy pants in "The City," but girl's got style, and I think she's wearing the new topshop embellished blazer, I knew someone would snag it and display it on the blogosphere soon enough.  Oh and who else is excited about the new line from Stolen Girlfriend's Club?? I know Rumi from FashionToast already posted on her blog, but seriously, thick knits, wools, and tassles. Love.

I just finished my second week of work at my new job! yay!  As an update, I recently accepted a position as Marketing Coordinator at a company in San Antonio, TX.  It is a tad far from where I originally wanted to work, but hey, I'll take what I can get.  My commute is pretty horrible, so hopefully, I'll find an apartment closer to my job.

okay so, a. wang. there have been mixed reviews, but i like it. i like the thick knits with the combination of structure and sheer.  i believe all three of those together are nearly impossible in a sentence anyway.  i do admire the rusty hues and greys.

i cannot, in words, explain how much i adore this collection at the moment. i love the flowy fabrics and the growth-like texture on the shapes. muted colors and neons. basically, all the elements of great clothes that i enjoy. and what about the shimmery fabrics, not metallic, shimmery.
